Reverse engineer parts for the HH-60H Gatling gun mounts in order to keep the weapons systems sustainable, operable and overcome a diminishing parts supply.

J. M. Waller is developing an advanced technical data package for the HH-60H project, including reverse and re-engineering of the left and right configuration Gatling gun mounts, redesigning and providing technical drawings, developing three dimensional solid models and qualifying source(s) for manufacturing, finite element analysis, testing management and prototype generation. Manufacturing drawings for two C-5 Air Condition Diffuser configurations for the USAF for development of replacement parts and working with the USAF to provide a technical data package for competitive procurement and a first article assembly on the C-5 Aft Ramp Feedback Servo Valve Assembly. J. M. Waller's support includes operating the Supply Support Activity (SSA), and the Central Receiving Point (CRP) serves as the authorized requisitioning and turn-in of supplies and materials in support of the U.S. Army Garrison, United States Army Reserve, ROTC, tenants units and other DoD agencies. Provided sustaining engineering and logistics support to the C-5 Cargo Aircraft Engineering Directorate.

Efforts involved mechanical and electrical engineering support for C-5 systems and subsystems. Support activities included engineering analysis, prototype design, three dimensional solid modeling, finite element analysis and technical data support. (View Project)


Tinker Propulsion Support, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma Propulsion logistics and engineering support on the F-100-PW229E engine configuration in terms of technical data validation and verification.

Efforts included the verification of Electronic Interactive Technical Manual (IETM) data received from the prime contractor to ensure that all AFTO Form 22 and 252 form data was integrated properly. (View Project)
