Full-time employees may be eligible to receive tuition for expenses related to course work or degree programs at accredited colleges and universities that contribute to enhancing the skill level of JMWA employees. Eligibility subject to approval.

Over 50 percent of JMWA's scientist and engineers hold registrations and certifications.

JMWA will also reimburse each employee 100% of the cost towards one professional certification.
