BENEFITSWe understand how important benefit programs are to our employees, and we are committed to providing high quality and competitive benefits. Benefit coverage/participation is effective upon the eligible employee's first day of employment.
Medical
JMWA offers UniCare Complete Choice Plan PPO to eligible employees. This plan includes: 100% coverage for in-network office visits; 90% for in-network services and 70% for out-of-network services. The plan also includes vision care and a prescription plan.
Dental
Offered through UniCare, this plan includes: 100% Preventative coverage; 80% Basic coverage after deductible; 50% Major coverage after deductible and 50% coverage for Child Orthodontia.
Flexible Spending
Employees may set aside up to $3,000 annually for health care and up to $5,000 annually for dependent care on a tax deferred basis for reimbursement of qualified expenses.
Life Insurance
JMWA employees receive Life Insurance coverage equal to one times their annual base salary up to a maximum of $50,000.
Short-Term Disability
STD replaces 70% of weekly salary up to $1,200 weekly for up to 22 weeks after a 30 day waiting period.
Long-Term Disability
LTD replaces 66% of weekly salary up to $8,000 per month until you return to work or turn 65. Waiting period is six months.
Vacation
Vacation leave is accrued per pay period according to the following schedule:
1st & 2nd year accrue 10 days vacation
3rd & 4th year accrue 13 days vacation
5th to 9th year accrue 15 days vacation
10th year + accrue 20 days vacation
Equivalent of one year's accrual may be carried over into next calendar year.
Sick Leave
Five days per year with no maximum. Accrued per pay period.
Holidays
JMWA observes 10 paid holidays per year.
Retirement Plan
JMWA offers a traditional 401(K) and a Roth 401(k) through Lincoln Financial Group. We match 50% of the employee's elected contribution up to the first 6%.
