All of J. M. Waller's owners are veterans who have served full military careers with numerous active duty assignments in remote, austere and sometimes dangerous locations. The J. M. Waller corporate culture emanates from military experiences and embraces the military creed of "always take care of the troops".

For the sixth year in a row, JMWA has organized holiday gift boxes consisting of food and other personal necessities for deployed troops who have a personal connection with a current employee. Just as JMWA has grown over the years, so has the number of troops to which we provided gift boxes. In our first year, we sent out seven boxes total. This year 152 soldiers received holiday gift boxes. JMWA embraces the military creed of "always take care of the troops", and we are pleased to have provided this service.
